MOA2009 - Problem when using from new user accounts
If you add a new user or use MOA from a new user, there is a small but annoying bug.
If you launch an SBC file from a user other than the user that installed it, MOA will ask for MOA2009.msi. This file is not available unless you extract it manually from one of the setups. Fortunately there is a simple work around.
Run MOA from the start group without a SBC file one time. After that, you can launch directly from SBC files there after.
